A Game We Play
Mat Rappaport , 2012

Project Statement
a game we play treats the Chicago Financial District like a 2D game board and maps the local brokerage houses and banks. Placed along the most direct path to reach each institution, are virtual coins based on the Mario video games. When a “player” comes to one of the financial institutions and looks through their mobile device at the building facade they will see that the building has been blurred out; a gesture of erasure which functions to draw additional attention.
